Q. What do you mean by being an “Authorized Dealer?”

A. As an authorized dealer we deal directly with manufacturer representatives and as a result get you the best price based on what we are given. We are in this business to give you a high quality product at a great price and we will not settle for less.

Q. Everyone says that they care about customer service as a priority, what qualifies you as such an expert in this area?

A. Our owner has over 30 years experience in sales and dealing with customer service issues, we know the value of this experience.

Q. What kind of delivery system do you have?

A. As we are a non-stocking dealer items ordered are drop shipped to your location directly from the manufacturer warehouse. They use several different freight companies to deliver the product to you.

Q. Will my order be delivered inside my home if requested?

A. We offer free curbside delivery. Basically you should be present to inspect and unload your items. Lift gate and inside delivery may be available depending on the manufacturer. You would be responsible for that added cost.

Q. Whoops, I changed my mind, I want to cancel my order, can I do that?

A. As long as the order has not shipped we can cancel your order at any time, if the order has already shipped you may be subject to return freight costs as well as re-stocking fees involved. These are required by the manufacturers and not by us.

Q. How soon can I get my order?

A. All orders will be shipped within three days normally, delivery to your home in 7 to 10 days dependent upon availability from the manufacturer, special build orders or items not in inventory could take from 6-8 weeks.

Q. I know my order has shipped, where is it?

A. That is why we need up to date e-mail addresses as we will e-mail you or call you with delivery info; our advice to you is to contact the freight company directly after you receive your tracking information so that you can make the arrangements to be at the delivery site upon delivery.

Q. My order has arrived, what if I notice something wrong?

A. If you notice any visible damage on your order REFUSE THE ORDER and note it on the delivery receipt with the driver’s signature. PTAC units for example should not arrive on a truck to you stacked upright, if you see something like this refuse the order as these units should be laying flat on the truck. Call or e-mail us here at Cool Running and we will take care of the problem for you.

Q. What happens if I notice damage that was concealed inside the package?

A. We need you to get back to us within a 3 day period with this information, please make it a point to look things over and pay careful attention to the box the product came in as it will need to be returned in the same box.

Q. How can I pay for my order?

A. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Checks and Wire Transfers.

Q. Is my credit card charged right away?

A. Yes most manufacturers do want prepayment for specific orders which would make it necessary.

Q. How do you figure sales tax on my order?

A. There is no tax charged on any orders unless they are in New York State in which the local county tax would be charged.
